Alex and team has been amazing in every step of the process of our build. From the initial consultation to the handover Alex has been professional and always on time with the things he promises.Alex has a very kind and nice accommodating demeanor but also puts a lot of emphasise in the quality of his work. He would listen to our needs but also gives us feedback and suggestions that is not pushy. At the end of the day, he is the builder and he knows best and now that the build is done, we can't be happier with the service and level of professionalism from JAV.During the process, Alex had to manage ideas from different stakeholders during the build. Even with the pressure and demand, ALex worked and handled it professionally and diplomatically. We definitely had a great experience.When Alex came to inspect the house, he was very thorough and even picked out the blemishes and imperfections in the house that I didn't even notice (most builders would just pretend they don't see it) but Alex meticulously checked the house to make sure everything was PERFFECT.Even now, 3 months into handover, Alex checks in with us and see if we are happy.We could not be happier to have JAV as our builder and will definitely go with them again in the future.Could not recommend highly enough.

We used JAV for Design and Build of a custom design and build of a luxury home. The JAV team were professional throughout. We opted to use JAV to be responsible for the design, build and all the landscaping, boundary walls and front fencing. We had a direct contract with the pool supplier, but JAV interfaced with them on all technical and program matters.Design liaison with Paramount Design was excellent, with face to face meetings and proper review meetings, including a walk through" on a full scale layout in a warehouse. This allowed spatial awareness issues to be resolved very early in the process. The design reviews also allowed the budget to be considered during the design stage also. We would certainly recommend a builder to be heavily involved during the design phase to ensure budget control

We have lived in our JAV built home for a few months now and continue to be exceptionally happy with the outcome.The entire process from initial consult to handover was very easy and transparent with Alex and the team from JAV.We found we knew exactly what was happening at every stage of the process.We demolished our old home to rebuild. Alex was able to provide a one stop shop and guide us through the entire process inclusive of all necessary approvals and offer many suggestions and options - most of which were adopted. Progress was tracked and reported frequently (often daily) with reports and photographs attached. The reporting system used serves as a great record of the build and allows easy communication for times we could not be on site regularly.Project management was very open and honest throughout the build. Changes and variations, mostly originating from our side as owners, were handled in an open manner where options were put forward throughout the process.JAV was able to provide access to designers and other specialists as and when required.Alex has an incredible attention to detail which was very much appreciated. His trades are able to deliver to the required standard and when an issue did occur, Alex took ownership immediately with rectification following promptly.Building with JAV has been a pleasure and the outcome has met or exceeded all of our expectations. If we build again it will be with JAV.Alex and the team from JAV are to be congratulated for operating such a professional business with outcomes that continue to exceed client expectations.
